Never Have I Ever
The classic confession game. Players take turns admitting things they've never done — anyone who HAS done it takes a sip.

Rules
- Sit in a circle and pick someone to start.
- The starter says "Never have I ever..." followed by something they have never done.
- Everyone who HAS done that thing takes a drink.
- Move clockwise. Each player takes a turn making a statement.
- If nobody drinks, the statement-maker drinks instead.
Set up before the first turn
Bring Drinks. Gather 3-12 and place everything where all players can reach it before the first round.
Example first round
For a sample opening, the host reads the first instruction: “Sit in a circle and pick someone to start.” Once that is complete, continue with: “The starter says "Never have I ever..." followed by something they have never done.” Treat this first pass as practice if anyone is unsure.
Host it well
- Decide on alcohol-free forfeits and a no-questions-asked pass rule before the first turn. Nobody should be pressured to drink.
- Keep the explanation brief and start with a demonstration rather than repeating the written rules.
- Plan for about 20-60 min, but finish at the end of a good round if the group's attention starts to drop.
